The Army is searching for somebody with a more creative flair to put technical material about the branch’s cyber and weapons of mass destruction programs into comic books, according to a recent request. The service is looking for one graphic book on information warfare and two graphic novellas on nuclear weapons, all of which should include current Army and/or NATO doctrine and technology developments. The cartoons are meant to spark discussion among Army personnel and a wider audience about potential dangers and how the military is ready to cope with them.
