The Future Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (FTUAS) rodeo is part of a long-running evaluation of future UAS capabilities that offer far greater efficiency in its strategic use for the US Army.  Finding a suitable replacement for the Textron-manufactured Shadow UAS will be the main focus of the showcase which begins on March 1 and ends on March 5, 2021. During the 5-day run, a presentation of four possible UAVs pre-selected since 2019 will be the basis for selection and evaluation.
