Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most common brain disorders, especially in adults. While this disease has no cure yet, new technology has made it easier to identify the type of Alzheimer’s disease a person has. The new technology, a specially developed machine learning algorithm, was trained to analyze a mixed data set of brain scans of 1,143 people with healthy brains and those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
