Learning can be shared, but not the actual data, which aims to encourage privacy and security. 

Artificial intelligence has a lot of potentials, but it needs a lot of data to learn from, and the more diversified the data, the better. AI technologies can unearth insights and aid decision-making not just in technology but also in medicines, health, production, and other fields by learning patterns. Until today, data couldn’t always be shared because it was personally identifiable, included private information, or posed a security risk.
