Altitude International Receives Order from US Space Force | Cision PR Newswire

Altitude International Holdings, Inc (OTCQB: “ALTD”) stated that its Strategic Water Partner, Russkap Holdings, has secured a new purchase requisition to deploy Tiffany Atmospheric Water systems to the US Military’s latest department, the Space Force. Language Technology Can Transform Soldier-robot Communication | Laboratory Equipment

In a paper presented at the 14th International Conference on Computational Semantics, Army researchers have developed a natural language understanding, or NLU, a pipeline for robots that can be easily transferred over to any computer program or agent and progressively overpowers the variability that we see in natural language  This means that regardless of how a soldier communicates with the robot, the fundamental intent of the language will be understood and can be acted upon, given both the current conversation and environmental or situational context.

Interpretable machine learning predicts terrorism worldwide | TechXplore

An international research team led by Dr. Andre Python of Zhejiang University’s Center of Data Science investigates machine learning models adept at predicting and explaining at a fine spatiotemporal level the eventuality of terrorist attacks committed by non-state actors from outside legit warfare (non-state terrorism) around the globe, as published in Science Advances. While machine learning algorithms perform well in locations where terrorism is prevalent, predicting occurrences in areas where terrorism has not been prevalent for a long time remains difficult. Even at the fine spatial and temporal resolution, algorithms may demonstrate a rather high overall accuracy.

Criminals are using call centers to spread ransomware in a crafty scheme | CyberScoop

Because the malware isn’t in a link or document within the email itself, the scam helps attackers bypass some phishing and malware detecting services, Microsoft researchers noted in a report Thursday. The ongoing malware campaign that uses sham call centers to deceive people into accessing malicious software may be riskier than previously thought. The technique, initially discovered by the business in May, involves attackers impersonating subscription service providers and luring victims onto the phone to cancel a non-existent membership. Once they arrive, the call center employee instructs them on how to install malware on their machine.

Season 5 Operator and theme for Call of Duty: Warzone and Cold War have been unveiled in artwork for the upcoming season. Season 4 of Warzone and Cold War added a ton of new material to both games, but Season 5 is quickly approaching. There are no official specifics on what the new season will contain, but one of the most anticipated elements is the unveiling of the WW2 Vanguard inside Warzone. However, before the Call of Duty franchise formally verified the artwork, the Season 5 artwork was apparently leaked, providing us a glance at the brand-new Operator and weapon arriving with this new Season. On August 3, 2021, the legitimate Call of Duty Twitter account verified the leak by posting earlier leaked artwork and declaring that Season 5 for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone will begin on August 12.
